Pink Salmon is a lot smaller than Chum Salmon and the meat color is more so of a pink color. Pink Salmon Portions are more so preferred on the East Coast than Chums that are on the West Coast. Salmon is a fatty fish that is high in Omega-3. Some people love it for the taste, and some people can't stand it because it has a fishy taste.
